**BIM Collaborator (Revit) – Public Architecture Projects**

I am looking for a **BIM collaborator with Revit experience** to participate in the development of several **public architecture projects**.

The main task will be **Revit modelling based on project drawings, sketches and design guidelines** that will be provided. In some cases, a **3D model in Rhino may also be provided**, which will need to be properly rebuilt and developed in Revit.

**Main tasks**

* BIM modelling in Revit from drawings, sketches and project guidelines.
* Conversion or reconstruction of Rhino 3D models into Revit models when required.
* Development of clean and structured BIM models with appropriate construction logic.

**Requirements / Valued qualifications**

* Proven experience modelling architectural projects in **Revit**.
* BIM-related training or education.
* **European BIM Master’s degree (≥ 60 ECTS credits)** or equivalent training will be positively valued.

**Conditions**

* Collaboration on a **project-by-project basis**.
* Scope of work and fees will be **agreed individually for each project**, depending on complexity and modelling requirements.
