Convert Sketch to Digital Floorplan
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have a hand-drawn sketch of a commercial space that I’m remodeling and need a clean, accurate digital floor plan I can hand straight to my interior design team. The drawing should cover the office spaces and common areas exactly as shown on the sketch, maintaining all current dimensions and proportions.
What I’m after:
• A professionally drafted plan—vector-based and to scale—in DWG and PDF formats.
• Clear room labels, wall thicknesses, door and window placements, and basic furniture blocks where they already appear in the sketch.
• A layout that’s tidy enough for lighting, finishes, and furnishings to be layered on by the designers later.
I’ll supply the scanned sketch, any rough measurements you need clarified, and reference photos of the site. Deliver a first pass for review; after one round of comments, provide the finalized files.
If you regularly work in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar CAD software and have an eye for commercial interior layouts, this should be straightforward.
