Convert Residential 2D Plans to Revit

I have a complete set of 2-D residential drawings in PDF and DWG format that now need to live as a true 3-D model with full architectural detail. Everything visible on the sheets—foundations, structural walls, windows, doors, roof geometry, trim profiles, interior partitions, cabinetry, fixtures, ceilings, and finish layers—must be recreated so I can cut sections and schedules directly from the model without extra linework.

Please work natively in Revit and keep elements properly classified so the file opens cleanly in AutoCAD when exported to DWG. A printable PDF set generated from the model should mirror the original sheets for an easy side-by-side check.

Deliverables
• Revit (.rvt) file with all objects placed, named, and dimensioned
• Clean DWG export retaining layers and blocks
• PDF sheets regenerated from the model
