Convert PDF Drawings to Revit

Job ID: 39767472

Budget: $20 – $35 CAD

Project Brief: Revit 3D Model from PDF Construction Drawings

I have a complete construction drawing package in PDF and require every sheet to be converted into a clean, fully parametric Revit model. This is not a new design exercise—the architecture and interior scheme are already finalized—so precision and accuracy are critical. The resulting model will function as a faithful digital twin, supporting future documentation and visualization.

Scope of Work

Build one .rvt file (Revit 2023 or earlier) replicating the provided plans, elevations, sections, and interior elevations.

Model at high Level of Detail (LOD), including:

Walls, floors, roofs, and façades

Doors, windows, ceilings, and casework

Furniture, millwork, lighting fixtures, and finishes

Site hardscape as indicated in the drawings

Exclusions: No MEP modelling required at this stage.

Deliverables

A fully parametric Revit file with:

Organized views and sheets

Properly named families, levels, and grids

Ready for dimension checks and material take-offs

Acceptance Criteria

The model will be overlaid against the PDF set to confirm accuracy.

Key dimensions must fall within a few millimetres.

All visible elements in the drawing package must be present and properly represented.

Experience Required

I am seeking someone with a proven track record in converting 2D drawing sets into tidy, navigable Revit models that meet professional documentation standards.

If this aligns with your expertise, I look forward to your proposal including a quote and timeline. We are looking to have this work completed and back to us no later than end of day september 17th
