Continue Existing UK Structural Design Project (Eurocode / SAP2000 / Revit)
Budget: £10 – £20 GBP
I am looking for an experienced structural engineer to complete an existing warehouse extension project in the UK.
A large part of the work has already been completed. I have all project files, including:
* Structural drawings (PDF & DWG)
* Structural calculation reports
* SAP2000 model files (.sdb, .s2k, etc.)
* Revit model (.RVT)
* Foundation drawings
* Steel frame drawings
* Roof load calculations
* Site load data (snow, wind, etc.)
The previous engineer is no longer working on the project, so I need someone to review the existing work, make any necessary corrections, complete the structural calculations if required, and prepare a final package suitable for UK Building Control.
Requirements:
* Experience with UK projects
* Eurocode (BS EN 1990, 1991, 1993, etc.)
* UK Building Regulations Part A
* SAP2000 experience
* Steel frame design
* Foundation design
Please do **not** quote for a completely new design unless absolutely necessary. I would like to continue from the existing work if possible.
When applying, please let me know:
* Can you continue from the existing SAP2000 and Revit files?
* Approximately what percentage of the project do you think is already completed?
* How long will you need to complete the project?
* Your fixed price to complete the remaining work.
I will provide all existing files before we start.
