Contemporary Two-Storey Home Plan

I’m ready to turn my wish-list into a build-ready set of drawings for a contemporary two-storey / three-storey residence. Here’s the brief you’ll be shaping:

Basic Plot Details- Plot Size 68 feet x 60 feet

South side (front): 60 ft wide main road

East side (side road): 40 ft wide road


• Layout:- ( Vaastu Compliant)

– Ground floor: one large hall, a Bedroom, an Office Cabin for a businessman with his two accountants, a kitchen, a staircase with a small home elevator, and a common toilet. Two Car and bike Parking Space

– First floor: Four bedrooms (each 14' × 12' minimum, master 16' × 14'), attached toilets for every room, a second large hall, plus a common toilet on the floor. Every bedroom must open onto its own balcony.

• Style & features
– Contemporary architecture with clean lines, brick façade, large windows, and high ceilings throughout. I would prefer a palace-like structure

• What I need from you
1. Dimensioned 2D floor plans for both levels, reflecting all room sizes, balconies, and circulation.
2. Front, rear, and side elevations showing window placement, balcony railings, and brick detailing.
3. Basic sectional drawing highlighting stair and elevator shaft alignment.
4. A simple 3D massing or visual mock-up so I can picture volumes, roofline, and fenestration.
5. A short note on structural grid assumptions so my local engineer can take it forward.

I’ll supply quick sketches or clarifications as soon as we start; I just need your professional touch to translate them into a clear, buildable package. AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp files are all welcome, along with PDFs for easy review.
