I’m getting ready to build a brand-new contemporary home and need a qualified architect to turn my ideas into a full construction-ready package. The brief is purely residential, ground-up new construction, and I’m aiming for clean contemporary lines that maximise natural light, flow, and energy efficiency without sacrificing warmth.
Here’s what I’m expecting:
• Concept sketches that capture the overall form and facade
• Detailed floor plans, elevations, and sections ready for permitting
• A coordinated site plan showing orientation, access, and landscaping zones
• 3D visualisations or a BIM model so I can review materials, volumes, and daylighting
• A concise material and finishes schedule to guide the builder
Even though I have inspiration images and a basic room-by-room wish list, I’m open to your creative input on spatial layout, structural systems, and sustainable features. Revit, ArchiCAD, or SketchUp are all fine—I just need the native files plus PDFs for submission.
