Contemporary Front Elevation Redesign

The ground floor of my home is complete and the first floor shell is going up, so the structure you will be working with is already fixed. I need a fresh, contemporary front elevation that blends seamlessly with what is built while elevating the overall street presence.

Here is everything you will receive from me on day one: clear photos of the current façade, PDF and DWG files of both floor plans, exact dimensions, plus a short mood-board of reference elevations I like. The style direction is firmly contemporary and I am drawn to tasteful wood accents paired with subtle metallic finishes. Key visual anchors I would like you to highlight are the balcony railing as a signature element and a striking yet practical boundary wall and gate.

I expect your proposal to translate into a build-ready package, so please be comfortable producing both the visualisations and the technical documents. Typical tool chains such as Revit or AutoCAD for drawings and V-Ray/Lumion/SketchUp for renders are all fine as long as the final files are editable.

Deliverables (all indispensable):
• One photorealistic 3D render of the front elevation, day and night views
• Exterior colour and material palette with supplier notes where possible
• Detailed design for boundary wall, gate and balcony railing, including façade lighting points
• Dimensioned construction drawings ready for site execution (PDF + source)
