Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m ready to commission a full architectural package for a two-storey duplex that totals five bedrooms and is capped with a well-proportioned penthouse. The overall look must lean distinctly Contemporary—clean lines, generous glazing, and a balanced massing that feels fresh rather than stark.
For the shell, I want the walls detailed in concrete block; please show me how you’ll let the material read honestly while still delivering a refined finish.
What I need from you
• Schematic and detailed floor plans for both duplex levels plus the penthouse
• Exterior elevations and at least one 3D perspective that illustrates the block finish and contemporary styling
• Basic sections, roof plan, and a quick schedules sheet (doors, windows, finishes) so a local drafter can pick up where you leave off
• Files delivered in PDF and an editable format (DWG or Revit preferred)
Acceptance criteria
Drawings must clearly indicate room sizes, structural grid, and staircase positioning; the penthouse layout should feel cohesive with the lower floors. All sheets should be dimensioned in metric.
If you’ve produced similar contemporary duplexes before, a brief portfolio sample will help me gauge fit. I’m ready to start as soon as we agree on scope and milestones.
