I’m ready to give my 3-bedroom apartment a cohesive contemporary feel that looks refined yet still makes every square foot work hard. The scope covers all shared and private spaces:

• Living room
• All bedrooms (master + two)
• Kitchen

For each area I want a clear concept that balances visual appeal with smart space-saving storage—think built-ins, multifunctional furniture and a clean, modern palette. Please include mood boards, detailed space plans, material/finish specifications and realistic 3D renders so I can picture the outcome before we move to execution.

Acceptance criteria
• Designs must follow a consistent contemporary style across rooms.
• Storage solutions should be integrated, not added on.
• Layouts must be dimensionally accurate to my provided floor plan.
• Final package delivered as editable source files (AutoCAD or Revit) plus high-resolution renders and a consolidated shopping list.
