Construction Drawings for U.S. Custom Home

We are looking for an experienced residential draftsperson or architectural designer to prepare construction drawings for a custom home in the United States.

The completed drawing set must be delivered by August 20, 2026. Please apply only if you can meet this deadline.

Scope of work:

- Detailed floor plans
- Exterior elevations
- Plumbing plans
- Construction-ready drawings based on our existing design

Requirements:

Experience preparing construction drawings for U.S. residential homes.
Strong knowledge of U.S. residential building practices, imperial (feet and inches) measurements, and standard drafting conventions.
Familiarity with common U.S. building materials and construction methods (e.g., wood framing, standard lumber sizes, sheathing, insulation, roofing, windows, and typical plumbing layouts).
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Chief Architect, or similar software.
Good English communication skills.
Please include examples of similar U.S. residential projects in your portfolio.
We will provide the existing design and floor plan.
