Condo Floor Plan Mark-Ups

My condo board needs a clear, professionally annotated floor plan that shows the cosmetic upgrades I’m planning in the kitchen and both bathrooms. I already have the existing plan in PDF; what’s missing are precise mark-ups that highlight where new kitchen cabinetry will be installed, which countertop sections are being replaced, and any surface-level refreshes in the baths (paint, tile, vanity swaps—no structural work).

Scope
– Import my current plan into AutoCAD, Revit, or an equivalent CAD tool.
– Layer in clean, color-coded callouts for:
• Kitchen: new cabinetry runs, countertop replacement zones, appliance clearances (locations unchanged).
• Bathrooms: vanity and fixture swap zones, updated finishes.
– Keep all walls and utilities untouched; the drawing must make it obvious that these changes are strictly cosmetic.

Deliverables
1. One annotated PDF sized for print at 11"×17".
2. The editable CAD file (DWG or RVT) with layers intact.

Acceptance criteria: annotations are legible at full-scale print, legend explains all colors/symbols, and dimensions match the existing plan within ¼".

Turnaround within two days would be ideal so I can submit to the board next week.
