Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I’m ready to move forward with structural drawings for a 20 ft × 35 ft × 6 ft in-ground swimming pool. The goal is a straightforward, functional installation—no elaborate water features—so the design can focus on solid engineering, economy of materials, and long-term durability.
Here’s what I need:
• A full set of engineering plans in PDF and DWG that show excavation outline, wall and floor thicknesses, and a clear rebar layout with bar sizes, spacing, lap lengths, and hooks called out.
• Concrete mix and construction notes appropriate for typical residential soil conditions and a water-tight finish.
• A tile-ready interior surface specification; I plan to finish the shell with standard swimming-pool tiles.
• Simple electrical provision for basic perimeter lighting—just enough to meet code and offer nighttime visibility.
I’m not tied to any particular architectural style; the priority is a reliable “no surprises” structural design that local contractors can follow without extra interpretation. If you routinely work in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools and can stamp drawings (or at least prepare them to local code standards), your expertise will be greatly appreciated.
