Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I’m moving forward with a civil-engineering assignment that centres specifically on structural design. I have preliminary architectural information and site data ready, and now need a licensed structural specialist to translate these into a complete, code-compliant package.
What I’m after
• Full structural analysis and calculations based on the provided architectural drawings and geotechnical inputs
• Detailed structural drawings (REVIT or AutoCAD) suitable for permit submission and contractor use
• A concise design report outlining assumptions, load paths, material specs, and references to the governing code
• A brief schedule of materials and any special construction notes
Acceptance Criteria
The work is finished once I receive stamped calculations, editable drawing files (DWG and PDF), and the design report, all aligned with the local building code and ready for permit review without revision requests.
I’ll supply the architectural set, soil report, wind/seismic data, and any municipal guidelines as soon as we begin. If you’re confident in civil structural design and have experience shepherding drawings through permitting, I look forward to collaborating.
