Comprehensive Home Renovation Design Project

I’m preparing a full makeover for my house and need a seasoned architect–designer to turn the vision into clear, build-ready documents. The renovation covers both interior and exterior work. Indoors, the kitchen, bathroom, and living room will be re-planned and refreshed; outdoors, attention is on the façade and the surrounding landscaping so the whole property feels cohesive.

What I’m hoping you’ll handle:
• Concept development and space planning that tie the three interior spaces together
• Detailed floor plans, elevations/sections, and reflected ceiling plans ready for permit
• A façade redesign that harmonises with the updated interior palette
• Landscape layout and planting plan that frames the new look
• Materials, finishes, and fixture schedule so contractors can price accurately
• Optional photorealistic 3D renders to help me visualise before committing
• Final files supplied in PDF, DWG, and native format (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or Archicad all welcome)

Acceptance criteria:
• Drawings must follow local residential codes (I’ll provide specifics once we start)
• Dimensions and material call-outs clearly labelled
• Design language consistent from kitchen and bathroom finishes through to exterior cladding and plant selections
