Comprehensive Architectural & Structural Drafts

I’m looking for a skilled architect-engineer team to prepare a full set of architectural and structural drawings for a mix of residential and commercial work. On the residential side, I have projects that range from single-family homes to multi-family buildings and apartments. For the commercial component, the immediate need is retail space layouts.

Scope of work
• Architectural sheets – floor plans, elevations, roof plans, reflected ceiling plans, and key sections for each building type.
• Structural sheets – foundation, framing, and connection details sized to the local code and load requirements.
• Coordination – align architectural and structural grids, door and window schedules, and annotate any clashes you discover.
• Deliverables – editable AutoCAD or Revit files plus print-ready PDFs.

What I’ll provide
Site surveys, rough sketches, and any municipal design guidelines I already have on hand.

What I expect
A clean, well-layered model/drawing set ready for permitting and contractor pricing, with one revision round included. If you’re proficient in Revit, BIM 360, or similar collaboration tools, let me know—I’m open to using them for easier updates.

Timeline is flexible but I’d like to move quickly once we lock in the first building, then roll the same standard across the remaining projects.
