Comprehensive Architectural Design & Drawings

I’m planning a non-standard building and need an architect who can guide the project from concept through fully detailed documentation. The brief calls for a mixed/hybrid aesthetic that comfortably blends contemporary lines with traditional touches, so I’m looking for someone able to balance contrasting materials and forms without losing coherence.

Scope
• Schematic and detailed design of the entire structure, taking into account my functional requirements and site constraints.
• Complete working drawings: floor plans, sections, elevations, and all construction details ready for permitting.
• Integrated electrical and plumbing layouts that coordinate seamlessly with the architectural set.
• A well-resolved front elevation that communicates the mixed-style intent and can be shared with local authorities or contractors.

Acceptance Criteria
– All drawings delivered in both editable (DWG/Revit) and print-ready PDF formats.
– Plans must adhere to applicable building codes and show clear dimensions, materials, and specifications.
– Electrical and plumbing maps to include circuit legends, load schedules, pipe sizing, and fixture locations.
– Two revision rounds included to fine-tune design and services coordination.
