I need a full-building electrical layout for a new school that covers every area—from classrooms and administrative offices to sports and common facilities. The design must include:
• Lighting circuits and fixture locations
• Power-outlet distribution and panel schedules
Please size wiring and protection appropriately, balance the loads across phases, and provide single-line diagrams that match local code. I’m aiming for good energy efficiency without having to follow a formal LEED checklist, so specify modern low-consumption fixtures and thoughtful switching or zoning where it makes practical sense.
Deliverables should be a detailed set of drawings in PDF (and, if possible, the original CAD or Revit files) plus a concise load calculation sheet.
