Complete Residential Elevations & Plans

I already have the floor plan drafted and a roof-truss detail PDF ready; what I need now is the remainder of the drawing set so the project can move straight into permit review.

Scope
• Produce front, side, and rear elevations in a clean, Modern style. Based on this design

Note the style and window layout to be coordinated with floor plan window layout which takes precedence.

Lower end of shed roof to have 10' sidewalls and roof pitch to be 2/12

• Work the Marvin Elevate window schedule directly into the elevations—casement, double-hung, and picture units must be shown with call-outs and head/sill heights.
• Lay out a full electrical plan that includes lighting, receptacles, switching, and circuitry in compliance with NEC.
• Draft a roof-framing plan that clearly illustrates truss spacing, bearing points, and any special connections noted in the attached engineer’s detail.

File Format & Tools
DWG (AutoCAD or Revit) plus a consolidated, print-ready PDF set. If you prefer SketchUp or Archicad, that’s fine so long as the final export arrives as DWG/PDF.

Acceptance
Plans should align with the provided floor plan dimensions, reflect the Marvin Elevate schedule exactly, and label every truss per the engineer’s detail. A quick screen-share walk-through for final sign-off will complete the job.
