Complete Modern House Design Package

I am starting from a blank plot and need a full set of architectural and engineering drawings for a modern, two-story home. Once I award the project I will forward the exact site dimensions, location pin, local bylaws and a rough brief; for now, please base your proposal on the scope below.

Deliverables I expect
• 2D floor plans for both levels, laid out for printing in A3 and PDF.
• Full structural drawings – columns, beams, footings and all relevant schedules ready for my local engineer’s sign-off.
• A 3D exterior elevation (or multiple views if you prefer) that captures a clean, modern façade.
• Optional but appreciated: electrical and plumbing layouts that coordinate with the structural grid.

Key requirements
• Modern style throughout; clean lines, generous glazing and practical circulation.
• Two stories with a dedicated guest room integrated into the layout.
• Drawings should be produced in AutoCAD or Revit so they remain editable for future changes.
