Complete Minimalist Two-Level House Plans
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
The project is a compact, two-storey, 125 m² home that I want refined into full construction documents. I already know the style—clean, uncluttered Minimalist—so every drawing should follow that language in proportions, openings, and façade treatments.
Floor distribution requirements
• First level: living room, kitchen, one bedroom, a small office, visitor bathroom, and interior staircase.
• Second level: master bedroom with private bath and walk-in closet, guest bedroom, child bedroom, shared bathroom, plus both front and rear balconies.
What I need from you
– Architectural floor plans with clear dimensions and furniture layout
– Hydraulic (water supply & drainage) schematics coordinated with wet areas
– Electrical layout showing outlets, lighting, and panel schedule
– Foundation and basic structural plan ready for an engineer’s stamp
– All drawings delivered in PDF and the original editable CAD (DWG/REVIT/ARCHICAD—whichever you design in)
Acceptance criteria
Drawings must align with local building codes, show correct scale, include north arrow, section markers, and a legend. Plumbing and electrical sheets should reference the architectural grid so contractors can read them without confusion.
Once we agree on the initial layout, I expect two revision rounds to fine-tune details before you move on to the technical sheets. If this scope is clear, let’s talk timing and file standards so we can break the work into smooth milestones.
