Complete Condo Architecture Plans

I am preparing to develop a residential apartment-style condominium and now need a full set of architectural plans that will take the project from concept through permitting. The scope includes every drawing a city reviewer and general contractor will expect: floor plans, elevations, sections, roof plan, reflected ceiling plans, door and window schedules, and basic site layout tied to local zoning requirements.

The building program is already defined, so this assignment starts with translating my sketches and notes into coordinated, code-compliant construction documents. You should be comfortable working in AutoCAD or Revit, integrating structural and MEP placeholders where required, and detailing to the level typically submitted for planning approval and competitive bids.

Deliverables
• Complete architectural drawing package in PDF and native CAD/Revit format
• Title blocks set up for my jurisdiction, including sheet index and general notes
• A revision session after my review to incorporate final tweaks before submission
