Compact Retail Building Design
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a modern, space-efficient plan for a small commercial site that will host retail stores. The usable footprint is 12 ft × 19 ft, with mandatory setbacks of 4 ft on the road-facing side and 2 ft on the left. The building must include one basement level and three retail floors above it, all served by a single elevator and a stairwell.
Deliverables I’m looking for:
• Scaled floor plans (basement + three floors) showing clear circulation, elevator shaft, staircase, and column placement.
• A clean modern façade/elevation concept that maximizes display frontage within the setbacks.
• One simple longitudinal or cross-section to verify floor heights and elevator alignment.
• Final files in PDF for review and an editable format (DWG, Revit, or SketchUp) for hand-off.

Keep the scope lean—this is an initial blueprint, not a full construction set. The basement can remain an open layout flagged for storage or future use; upper floors should be open-plan retail space with utility cores tucked to the right.
