Compact Minimalist House Design
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I have a very tight plot and I want to turn it into a clean, minimalist two-bedroom home that still feels open and airy. The usable footprint is small, so every square metre has to earn its keep. I need a thoughtfully laid-out floor plan, creative storage ideas and clever visual tricks (light wells, sliding partitions, multipurpose furniture, etc.) that make the space live larger than it is.
The must-haves:
• Two comfortable bedrooms with built-in storage
• An inviting outdoor patio that flows naturally from the main living zone
I would like you to take the project from concept sketches through to detailed architectural drawings. If you work in AutoCAD, Revit or SketchUp that’s perfect; please supply native files plus PDFs so I can share them with a local builder. Photorealistic 3D renders are important too—I want to see how materials and lighting choices play out before committing.
Acceptance criteria:
1. Functional floor plan that respects local building codes and the site’s dimensions (I will provide the survey).
2. Elevations, sections and a basic structural outline ready for an engineer’s review.
3. At least three high-quality renders showing day and evening ambience, including the patio connection.
4. A concise material and finishes schedule that fits a modest budget.
If you’ve tackled small-footprint minimalist homes before, include a link or image in your bid so I can gauge your style. Looking forward to collaborating on a design that proves less space can still mean more living.
