Compact Home Floor Plan Design

I’m ready to turn a small footprint—under 1000sq ft—into an efficient, livable space as per Vastu and I need a detailed floor plan that makes every inch count. The concept calls for just one or two rooms, so the layout has to be clever: clear circulation, smart storage, logical placement of plumbing walls, and enough natural-light exposure to keep the interior feeling open rather than cramped.

You’re free to work in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or any equivalent platform you prefer, as long as the final drawing is precise and ready for a contractor to quote from. Please include accurate dimensions, door and window schedules, and basic furniture blocks so I can visualise scale.

Deliverables I’m expecting:
• A scaled PDF floor plan ready for print
• The original editable file (DWG, RVT, or SKP)
