Commercial Sprinkler Design, NICET 3

I need a NICET Level 3-certified fire protection professional to take full responsibility for the design and layout of a brand-new sprinkler system in a commercial facility. The scope is strictly “Design and Layout,” so you will create everything from the first concept through permit-ready documents.

The job requires:
• Code-compliant plans that satisfy NFPA 13 and all local amendments
• Hydraulic calculations sized for the available water supply
• Riser, zone, and detail sheets prepared in AutoCAD, Revit, HydraCAD or a comparable platform that you normally use
• A concise material take-off and design narrative to support submittals to the Authority Having Jurisdiction

I will supply architectural backgrounds, occupancy information, and water flow data as soon as we start. Final deliverables must be digitally stamped (NICET 3) and ready for immediate submission. I am happy to answer technical questions quickly so you can keep momentum; accuracy and speed are both important because construction documents are on a tight timeline.
