I need a complete set of mechanical drawings that clearly show both the plumbing and electrical systems for a commercial space I’m renovating. Time is tight—please be ready to begin immediately and deliver the first draft right away, with revisions wrapped up as fast as practical.

Scope
The job covers every pipe, fitting, wire run, panel, and fixture so that my contractor can move straight from the plans to installation without guesswork.
