Commercial Plumbing BIM Drawings
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I need a coordinated BIM model and shop drawings for a commercial building’s plumbing. The scope covers three systems—water supply, drainage, and fire protection—and everything must comply with the applicable local plumbing codes.
What I’ll provide:
• Architectural and structural backgrounds in DWG or RVT
• Fixture and equipment schedules
• Any site-specific code excerpts you might need
What I expect back:
• A clash-free BIM model (Revit preferred, IFC acceptable) for all three systems
• Sheet-ready shop drawings in PDF and the native file format
• Pipe sizing, slopes, valve and equipment tagging, and coordinated sleeve locations
• A brief design summary noting code references and key calculations
• Two revision rounds for coordination feedback
Please use standard BIM workflows—Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, or similar—so the files slot straight into our existing coordination process. If you have recent samples of commercial plumbing models or sheets, feel free to share a couple of pages when you bid.
