Commercial Plan View Submittal Prep
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a set of clean, permit-ready plan view submittals for a commercial building. I already have base drawings, so the job is mainly about refining and expanding what is there rather than starting from scratch.
Scope
• Update the existing CAD files and produce coordinated floor plans and elevations that meet current city submission standards.
• Ensure line-weights, layers, symbols, and annotation all follow standard commercial conventions so the plans slide through plan check without revisions.
• Return final sheets as both plotted PDFs and editable DWG/DXF files.
Resources I will supply
– The current architectural CAD files (AutoCAD 2024)
– A marked-up PDF showing every change needed
– The local jurisdiction’s CAD layer template and title-block
What I expect back
– Revised CAD files with all red-lines addressed
– A compiled plan set (floor plans plus matching elevations) ready for e-submittal
– One brief change log so I can track what you touched
