Commercial New Build Architectural Drawings
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I’m moving forward with a brand-new commercial development and now need a complete set of architectural drawings prepared from scratch. The end goal is to secure all relevant approvals and guide the build team, so the package must be detailed, accurate and ready for submission to local authorities.
Scope of work
• Translate my concept sketches, notes and reference images into professional CAD drawings.
• Produce floor plans, elevations, sections and a basic site plan that clearly show dimensions, materials and key construction details.
• Ensure everything aligns with local building codes and commercial design standards so we can sail through permitting.
• Provide editable source files (DWG or Revit) along with print-ready PDFs.
Acceptance criteria
1. Drawings match the agreed-upon layout and reflect all functional requirements of the business.
2. Dimensions and annotations are clear, consistent and code-compliant.
3. Files open flawlessly in AutoCAD/Revit 2022 or later.
4. All deliverables are submitted on or before the agreed deadline.
