Commercial Master Plan CAD & PDF
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I need my hand-sketched concept for a new commercial building turned into a clean, permit-ready set of master plans. The focus at this stage is the floor layouts only—no electrical or plumbing overlays yet.
You will receive measured sketches, site information and usage notes; your job is to translate them into precise CAD drawings and export print-ready PDFs. AutoCAD is ideal, but Revit or similar is fine as long as I end up with an editable DWG and a high-resolution PDF set.
Deliverables I must sign off on:
• Layered DWG file with clear naming structure
• Sheet-set PDF at 1:100 (or 1/8"=1') including dimensions, room tags, door/window schedules, north arrow and legends
• One revision cycle after my first review
Accuracy and clarity are critical because the municipality will review these directly. If you have examples of previous commercial floor plans, feel free to mention them in your bid so I can gauge drawing style and detail level.
