Commercial Masonry Shop Drawings -- 2
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
For a new commercial build I need a full set of shop drawings that covers the exterior grill—specifically the CMU walls and the stone grill features. I already have detailed architectural and structural plans in both PDF and DWG, so you will be working from solid references rather than starting from scratch. Copy and paste. Limestone countertop 2 1/4" smooth slabs (5 pieces)
The finished package must clearly show:
• All dimensions and layout information, tied back to the grid lines on the contract drawings.
• Complete material specifications for both the CMU and the stone (types, sizes, courses, joint profiles, anchors, ties, reinforcement, flashing, mortar, sealants).
• Construction methods and sequencing notes that a site crew can follow without guesswork.
Please include plans, elevations, sections, enlarged details around openings, control joints, lintels, shelf angles, and any required coordination with adjacent trades. Deliver the sheets in stamped PDF ready for submission along with the editable CAD files (AutoCAD or Revit are both acceptable).
I will supply the reference drawings immediately upon award and can answer RFI-style questions as they come up. Let me know your anticipated turnaround and any specialized software you prefer so we can keep everything compatible.
