Commercial MEPFP Stamped Drawings

I need a full set of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing/Fire-Protection drawings, signed and sealed by a licensed engineer, so I can move my commercial project through the town’s zoning and permit review. There are no existing blueprints to start from, so part of the assignment will be developing the architectural base sheets before layering in the MEPFP systems.

Scope
• Visit the site or work from accurate field data I can supply to draft the underlying floor plans.
• Design mechanical layouts (HVAC sizing, ductwork, equipment schedules), complete electrical distribution (panels, circuits, lighting, emergency power), and plumbing/fire-protection plans (water, waste, vent, sprinkler, riser diagrams).
• Ensure every sheet complies with the latest local building, energy, and fire codes required by the municipality.
• Deliver a stamp-ready PDF plan set plus editable CAD files.

Acceptance Criteria
1. All disciplines coordinated so there are no clashes in ceiling or wall spaces.
2. Engineer’s professional seal and signature included on each sheet.
3. Plan set passes my town’s first round zoning review without major comments.
