Commercial HVAC Mechanical Design Needed
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I have a commercial-scale HVAC project that requires a dedicated mechanical designer who can take the system from concept through fully coordinated construction documents. The space is already defined; what I need now is a complete mechanical design package that includes accurate load calculations, equipment selection, duct and piping layouts, and all relevant schedules and details for permitting and installation.
Please work in your preferred CAD platform—AutoCAD, Revit, or similar—as long as the files are delivered in a format my GC can edit if needed. All calculations must reference the latest ASHRAE standards and local code requirements.
Deliverables I expect:
• Heat/cooling load report with assumptions clearly stated
• Mechanical plans (supply, return, exhaust, and ventilation) in DWG and PDF
• Equipment and diffuser schedules with model numbers and capacities
• Brief design narrative explaining system choices and control strategy
