Commercial Floor and Site Drafting

I’m preparing a new commercial development package and need accurate, construction-ready drafting for both the floor plans and overall site plan. I can supply sketches, survey data and any reference photos you need; what I’m missing is a clean set of professional drawings that a contractor and local authorities can read without questions.

Scope of work
• Translate my hand sketches and mark-ups into detailed floor plans for every level of the building.
• Produce a coordinated site plan that ties the building footprint to property lines, utilities, parking and landscaping notes.

There are no company design guidelines or special code requirements you must chase down—just follow usual drafting conventions and good practice. Layer discipline in AutoCAD (or Civil 3D) is important so later consultants can jump in smoothly, and I’ll need both DWG and print-ready PDF sheets as the final deliverable. If you prefer Revit for the plans that’s fine, provided you can also export clean DWGs.

I’m looking for someone who can:
• keep dimensions tight and annotations consistent,
• return marked-up PDFs for my review, then issue a final set after comments,
• turn this around quickly without sacrificing accuracy.
