Commercial Floor Plan & Render

I have a commercial build-out in the early design phase and need accurate CAD support to keep the project moving. The space will hold offices, conference rooms, and shared common areas, so circulation, furniture blocks, and code-clear paths matter.

What I need from you
• A clean, fully-dimensioned 2D floor plan (DWG/DXF) that clearly calls out walls, doors, glazing, millwork, and FF&E for the offices, conference rooms, and common zones.
• Coordinated 3D geometry that matches the 2D layout and is ready for walkthrough-quality rendering (preferred workflow: Revit or SketchUp + Lumion/Enscape, but I’m open to your tool of choice).
• Two to three rendered perspective views that capture the overall aesthetic and verify sightlines. I’ll provide finish palettes and reference images once we start.

Acceptance criteria
• All files open natively in AutoCAD 2020 or newer and one commonly used 3D format (RVT, SKP, or FBX).
• Layer naming is clean and logical.
• Dimensions align with the provided shell measurements (±5 mm).
• Renders delivered as high-resolution PNG or JPG (minimum 3000 px on the long edge).

Turnaround is flexible over the next ten days, but regular progress snapshots will help us lock decisions quickly. If this scope fits your skill set, let’s sync up and get the layout finalized.
