Commercial Floor Plan Recreation

I have an existing floor plan for one floor of a commercial property that must be redrawn accurately from scratch. The drawing has to reflect the current walls, openings, and core dimensions, and it should also show a clear furniture layout so that my team can plan circulation and workstation placement with confidence.

I can send you the scanned original as a PDF the moment we start. What I expect back is a clean, editable file—AutoCAD (DWG) or Revit is ideal—plus a printable, scaled PDF. Line weights, dimensions and room labels need to be tidy and consistent because this will be issued to contractors later. Accuracy is more important than speed, so please trace carefully rather than using an image-to-CAD converter that can introduce errors.

If you have questions about symbols, standards or how to represent specific pieces of furniture, just let me know early so we keep revisions to a minimum. Once the base plan is complete I’ll review, mark any tweaks, and we’ll close the project when everything matches the original and the furniture layout reads clearly at 1:100.
