We are seeking an experienced architect or facade designer to optimise the façade of a new commercial building.

Project details:
• 3-storey commercial building + basement
• Retail at ground, commercial above
• Corner site
• Existing Revit and CAD drawings available

Scope:
• Refine and improve facade design and renders
• Simplify elements for cost-effective construction
• Optimise awnings, sun-shading and façade articulation
• Maintain overall similar design, form, massing as original

Requirements:
• Strong façade design experience
• Revit/CAD capability
• Practical understanding of buildability and cost

Deliverables:
• Updated facade design (Revit, CAD and renders)
• Practical, buildable and cost-efficient solutions
