Commercial Electrical Layout Design
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I have a set of floor-plan drawings for a commercial fit-out and need a complete electrical layout for every individual room as well as the common passage area with switch logic shared by me. Once we start, I will share the DWG and PDF files so you can see exact dimensions, wall types, and the existing service entry point.
Scope
• Place all lighting fixtures, sockets, data points, and switchboards in a logical, code-compliant way.
• Develop clear switch-circuit logic that shows which switch controls which loads, grouped for intuitive use.
• Size and route cable trays, conduits, and trunking so they integrate cleanly with the HVAC and plumbing already shown in the drawing set.
• Provide a load schedule with phases balanced and spare capacity noted.
Preferred workflow
I normally review a marked-up PDF first, then the AutoCAD / Revit files, so please plan for one coordination round before issuing the final set. The final deliverables should include:
1. Editable CAD file with all symbols on the correct layers
2. PDF plot ready for site issue
3. Load and circuit schedule in XLS or integrated sheet
