Commercial Drainage Prefab Drawings Needed for Aboveground Waste and Vent

I need complete prefabrication drawings for the above-ground drainage system of a commercial project. The package must show every run, fitting, and elevation change with clear dimensions and labeling so my fabrication shop can cut and assemble straight from the sheets.

Scope
• Above-ground sanitary and vent piping only—no water supply or fire lines.
• Drawings must follow the Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC) and reflect good commercial practice for cleanouts, slope, and hangers.
• I also require a detailed material takeoff listing pipe sizes, lengths, fitting counts, and any specialty items.

Preferred workflow
I normally review plans in AutoCAD or Revit, so please deliver the native file plus a clean PDF set. If you work in another platform, export to DWG and ensure layer naming remains intact.

Acceptance criteria
1. Every pipe segment dimensioned and tagged.
2. UPC‐compliant slopes and venting clearly shown.
3. BOM spreadsheet matches the quantities shown on the drawings within 2 %.
4. Files open without missing Xrefs or fonts.

Turnaround is flexible but let me know how many days you’ll need once you see the architectural background. If questions arise—code interpretations, routing conflicts, or value-engineering ideas—flag them early so we can keep the field install smooth.
