Commercial Building Structural Design
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We recently purchased a building to move a non-profit coffee shop/cafe into. Previously it was a cafe. It has gone through a couple different businesses (most recently a small gym). We need to convert it back to a cafe (A-3 > A-2) according to the local building inspector.
We aren't doing much in terms of structural changes, but we do need Idaho PE stamped drawings to submit with our building permit application. I have some sketches I have put together of what needs changed (plumbing/electrical) and adding one small wall for a janitor closet.
These are very minor changes which we need to simply document to submit to the city.
