Commercial Building Structural Engineering
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m starting a brand-new commercial building and need an experienced structural engineer who can take the project from blank page to ribbon-cutting. Because no plans currently exist, you will create the full set of structural drawings, perform all required analysis, and stay involved through construction.
Your role covers the three key services I’ve ticked: design and drafting, a complete structural analysis with a professional report, and on-site or remote construction supervision. Expect to work closely with my architect and MEP consultants to ensure the framing scheme, load paths, and connection details satisfy local codes and any occupancy-specific requirements.
Deliverables
• Concept and schematic structural layouts for review
• Detailed, permit-ready drawings in DWG/PDF (Revit or AutoCAD welcome)
• Sealed calculation package and structural report (ETABS/SAP2000/STAAD or similar)
• Periodic supervision support: shop-drawing checks, RFI responses, site visit reports
