Deliverables I expect
• Schematic design options illustrating massing, circulation, and façade intent
• Full set of dimensioned plans, elevations, and sections in AutoCAD or Revit format
• 3D visuals or SketchUp model that clearly communicates materiality and atmosphere
• A concise design narrative explaining key decisions and how the concept aligns with my requirements
