Commercial BIM/Revit Modeling for Electrical
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I'm seeking a skilled Revit Technician/Designer for a 155-unit apartment building to complete electrical drawings in Revit.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Efficient with Revit, specifically for Electrical systems for buildings including lighting, power, and systems.
- Electrical design capabilities are preferred but not a requirement.
- Attention to detail and coordination with other disciplines (i.e. architectural and mechanical).
- Familiarity with NEC and other codes is a plus.
- Ability to interpret design redlines and model them into the project.
- The use of Bluebeam Session is beneficial but not a requirement .
About the Project:
- 155-unit apartment building, 4-stories with an underground parking garage
- Typical electrical plans for apartments
- Reference projects can be provided
- The expected time frame for project completion is approximately 2 months (but not a full time effort from you for the full two months)
- The model will be hosted on my BIM 360 site and you will be given access to model it (if you don't have a BIM 360 subscription, a login will be provided for you to access BIM 360).
- The model will have most families needed already in it. However, the ability to create families (especially light fixtures) is a plus.
