Commercial Architecture Drafting Support

My commercial building project has reached the point where crisp, permit-ready drawings are essential. I’ll provide the concept sketches, site data, and local code references; your role is to turn that information into clear, well-layered CAD sheets that any engineer or city reviewer can pick up and understand.

Using AutoCAD (Revit is fine if that’s your primary tool), refine dimensions, wall types, door and window schedules, and coordinate all notes so they follow standard AIA layering and line-weight conventions. I’ll mark up every sheet digitally—please loop those corrections back in quickly so we can keep the schedule on track.

Deliverables
• Fully dimensioned floor plans, elevations, roof plan, and sections
• Door / window schedules plus basic construction details
• One consolidated PDF set and the native DWG or RVT files

Initial draft is due five business days after you receive my files, with two revision cycles included. All work remains confidential and transfers to me on final payment. When you reply, let me know which software version you’re running, how many commercial sets you’ve produced recently, and your typical sheet output per day.
