Commercial Architectural CAD Drawings ASAP
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I have a fast-moving commercial project that now needs clean, construction-ready architectural CAD drawings. The core scope is straightforward:
• Convert my sketched layouts and mark-ups into precise floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, and the key sections/details a contractor will immediately recognize.
• Keep everything on professional CAD layers with clear naming so our engineers and permitting office can follow along without hunting for information.
• Use industry-standard software (AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent) and supply both the editable files (DWG/RVT) and print-ready PDFs.
Accuracy is critical—walls, openings, and critical dimensions must match the measurements already taken on site—and the drawings have to comply with standard commercial code conventions (ADA clearances, egress widths, etc.).
Timing: the GC has crews queued up, so the first full drawing set needs to hit my inbox as soon as possible. A quick preview sheet within 24 hours to confirm layout, then the complete package right after, will keep everything on track.
Acceptance criteria
• All architectural sheets export to PDF at 1/8" = 1'-0" (or 1:100) with no scaling issues.
• DWG files open without proxy or missing Xref warnings.
• Layers, lineweights, and annotation styles remain consistent across the set.
• Any revision clouded and noted to speed review.
Drop the finished files via a shared cloud link once complete, and we can move straight into permitting.
