Column BBS Preparation Service

I need a clear, accurate Bar Bending Schedule solely for the RCC columns of my project. The schedule should reach an intermediate level of detail: every bar size, spacing, lap, hook, bend angle, individual cut length, and total weight must be worked out, but I do not require highly intricate fabrication tags.

You will receive my structural drawings as soon as we begin. From those, calculate the reinforcement quantities and produce a neatly formatted, editable spreadsheet—Excel is ideal—cross-referenced to the drawing numbers and column marks.

Deliverables:
• Complete BBS for all columns in Excel (or compatible format).
• Cutting diagrams where bends depart from standard straight lengths.
• Summary of total steel tonnage for procurement.

Please follow IS 2502 / IS 456 conventions (or ACI if you normally work in that code—just state your preference) and note the software you will use, whether AutoCAD, Revit, or another tool.
