Classical Premium Hotel Design Project
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I have a rectangular plot measuring 65 m (frontage) by 164 m with a mandatory 4.5 m front setback and I need an end-to-end architectural concept for a premium hotel. The brief calls for a timeless Classical aesthetic carried through façades, interior public spaces, and guest rooms.
Core requirements
• Overall capacity, circulation, and zoning must fit the 65 × 164 m footprint while respecting the 4.5 m street setback.
• A combination of private and shared pool-access rooms has to be integrated at ground level, each with direct views toward the main pool deck.
• Dedicated conference rooms are essential; plan them close to the lobby for convenient delegate access without disturbing leisure guests.
• Standard back-of-house functions (service corridors, laundry, staff dining, engineering areas) should be logically sited for efficient vertical and horizontal movement.
• Parking strategy, landscaping, and guest drop-off need to complement the Classical theme and adhere to local codes.
Deliverables
1. Site master plan with setback, ingress/egress, landscaping, and parking layout
2. Schematic floor plans for all levels showing room mix, pool-access configurations, and conference facilities
3. Elevations and key sections articulating the Classical style (columns, cornices, proportions)
4. 3D massing model plus three perspective renders highlighting the entrance, pool deck, and a typical guest room with pool access
5. Basic MEP zoning diagram to confirm plant locations and service risers
6. Summary schedule of areas and room counts
Acceptance criteria
• Designs stay within the 65 × 164 m envelope and 4.5 m front setback.
• Both private and shared pool-access layouts are clearly detailed.
• Conference rooms meet minimum clear-span and ceiling-height requirements for banquet use.
• All drawings supplied in PDF and editable CAD (DWG or RVT) formats; renders in high-resolution JPG/PNG.
Preferred tools are AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or similar industry-standard software; feel free to suggest alternatives if they produce clean CAD files and photorealistic visuals.
With these elements in place, I will be able to proceed to local authority approvals and detailed design stages.
