Classical Bank & Office Design

I’m commissioning the full architectural design for a new mixed-use building that will combine a ground-floor bank with several levels of leasable office space. The aesthetic must be unmistakably Classical—balanced proportions, dignified columns, and a façade that feels timeless while still complying with contemporary codes and sustainability targets.
Your scope begins at concept and runs through permit-ready documentation. I need thoughtful site planning, secure yet welcoming banking hall layouts, efficient office floorplates, and an exterior treatment that convincingly carries Classical detailing without slipping into pastiche. High-quality 3D visuals are essential so I can present the project to stakeholders and potential tenants.
Key deliverables
• Conceptual massing, plans, elevations, and sections in CAD/Revit
• Detailed Classical façade study with material palette
• Exterior material & finish schedule
• Minimum four high-resolution renderings or a short animated walkthrough
