City Permit Architectural Plans

Job ID: 40305634

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I already sketched out the layout for my new single-family residence and now need it turned into a clean, code-compliant floor plan that my city’s permitting office will accept. The sketch shows room sizes, wall locations, door and window placements, and basic dimensions; what it lacks is the professional drafting accuracy and annotation a reviewer expects.

Here is what I need from you:
• Permit-ready floor plan for a residential, single-family home, drawn to scale and laid out on sheets that follow standard title-block conventions.
• All required notes, dimensions, and legends so the city can verify square footage, egress, and general code compliance.
• Final deliverables in PDF for submission plus the editable CAD file (DWG or similar) so changes can be made if the building department requests revisions.

I’ll provide the rough sketch, site address, and any zoning information I have as soon as we start. If you regularly work in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software and understand residential code requirements, this should be a straightforward assignment.
